Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Dulty.app service (the “Service”, “Dulty”). The operator of the Service is the owner of Dulty.app (the “Operator”, “we”). Registering for or using the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, stop using the Service.

1. Subject matter

The Service provides access to an online trainer for messaging with an AI fan, chatter skill scoring, and hiring and candidate assessment tools. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

2. Age restriction

The Service is intended solely for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18. The Service's material simulates 18+ messaging for training and testing purposes.

3. Registration and account

Most features require registration. You must provide accurate information and must not share account access with third parties. The user is responsible for all activity under their account.

4. Plans and payment

Current plans, assessment limits and prices are published on the Pricing section and form part of these Terms. Payments are processed by Platega; Dulty does not store payment credentials. A subscription starts only after provider confirmation. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. For payment questions, email support@dulty.app.

5. User rights and obligations

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or circumvent limits and protections.
  • Do not use the Service for activity that infringes the rights of third parties.
  • Take sole responsibility for the content of messaging initiated while using the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The source code, design, texts and other materials of the Service are the intellectual property of the Operator or are used on lawful grounds. Copying and distributing the Service's materials without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service uses AI to generate dialogues and scores; results are probabilistic and do not guarantee performance in real work. Dulty is an independently operated software service and is not affiliated with OnlyFans. A human manager must review evidence and remains responsible for hiring or access decisions. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance.

8. Changes and termination

The Operator may amend these Terms and the prices, publishing the current version at /terms. The Operator may restrict or terminate a user's access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or of legal requirements.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
